Joseph brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling global delivery and support organizations in financial technology. Prior to joining Ninth Wave, he held senior leadership roles at Intuit, where he led global partner technical support and API delivery across banking, tax, payments, crypto, and e-commerce platforms.
