Kevin Leahy

Head of Customer Success

Kevin Leahy is the Head of Customer Success at Ninth Wave, leading the team responsible for delivering solutions and maintenance to ensure a successful client experience.

Prior to Ninth Wave, Kevin spent the previous 6 years at FIS providing complex systems delivery and production support, and over 14 years at the James Group providing client IT services.

Kevin’s over 25 years of IT experience spans education, insurance, and finance sectors, and his experience as a change agent to improve operational efficiencies and delivery is an asset to Ninth Wave’s Customer Success strategy.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Heidelberg University in Tiffin, OH and an MBA degree from Capital University in Columbus, OH.
